Blown Away

Barn July 23, 2010

The remnants of this old barn are right next to the cattle feeder from an earlier post. New construction outside the frame of the picture indicates that one of these days this interesting roofline will be replaced. The devastation here could be the result of our windstorm of 2007, but I don't know that for sure.

I don't know why but all old barns are so picturesque.

Too bad it has not been repaired.

It looks like a windstorm damage.

By the way, snorkeling at the Seychelles is like being in a gigantic and over populated tank. It's fantastic!

I agree with B Squared. But depending on location, it can look better in a photo than real. I'm surprised the city would let it sit like this for three years.

Snorkeling in Seychelles sounds the same as in the Philippines... like swimming Mother Nature's fish bowl.

Umm... what's snorkeling?! ;-)

It does look like wind damage, and it looks cool photographed. Probably better still when something is done about it!
