Nope, Not Bananas

I saw these wonderful yellow floats not far from yesterday's picture of the crab traps (also called "crab pots." The floats were on the inland side of the River Walk in what was otherwise a deserted lot, although things seem to be stored there from time to time. I don't know whether the floats had been thrown out, or are just waiting to be used when the season rolls around. I also don't know whether they're used with the crab pots or to hold up fishing nets. Hopefully, I'll learn more this year as I take photos of activity on the river. If anyone who knows is reading this, please comment!
