So sad to see... do you know what marine life this was?
The circle of life, I guess. Still it's kind of sad to find.
Life is cruel and life in the water can be very cruel. Or perhaps this creature merely came to a timely end.
Unfortunately, I couldn't determine the species. Yes Clytie, it is the cycle of life.
