    This picture really shows the unique rainforest environment of the Astoria area. All that is missing are monkeys wearing overcoats and rain slickers.

    It's wonderful to walk in a forest then suddenly peak through the foliage for a long view like this. Hope we can do this trail together some day, Sheryl!
