Life imitates art

Leaves in front of Blue Schorcher I like seeing the various types of leaves imprinted into the sidewalk in front of the Blue Scorcher Bakery Cafe. The other day, the the cement imprints had been joined by some of their real cousins, and the rain made all quite peaceful and still.

  1. Very nice, the one thing I love about fall is the colour of the leaves.

  5. Well captured. I like it when a photo is intriguing.

  6. I thought for a minute you had done my portrait. Well, people often call me an old fossil! Then I see it's a leaf. Sheesh. So leaf me alone already!

At our Sholom Gardens, they have done much the same thing in certain areas...imprinting leaf patterns in concrete paths. I find them very attractive...

  7. I like this "natural look" too. Trying to blend in with nature a little more.
