I took this photo yesterday along the River Walk between raindrops, although later in the day it poured buckets. I think this is an electrical box, as there's a traffic signal nearby. It's at the intersection of 14th Street and Marine Drive, with the River Walk to the right.
If that's an electrical box, methinks people who depend upon it may have a problem with their lights dimming!
