Blue Flower, Astoria, Oregon Soon my favorite patch of city wildflowers will be blooming again. I took this photo August 7, 2001, where 14th Street meets the River Walk.

  3. The flowers are starting to poke their little heads out all over the place. Looking out my window at work our cherry trees have been blooming for about a week or so now.

  4. Ummm, what is it? It looks like a cornflower to me but surely... oops I was going to say that cornflowers in February would mean more than just global warming. August sounds just about right though!

  5. Always like to see new life sprouting from unlikely places. You'll have to show some of your flowers that pop up in the next few weeks!

Hope you're feeling better by now!
